Naturalization
The Clerk's Office can provide letters of verification on naturalization records for those who obtained certificates prior to October 1, 1991. The fee is $35.00. Checks should be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court".

The Clerk’s Office also maintains records of name change petitions processed prior to October 2004.
