Process Asset Library Version 3.0 - Task Guidelines

A Task Guideline (TG) is a description of how to perform the tasks of a STAR EPL process step. There is one Task Guideline for each of the 11 steps in the STAR EPL process lifecycle. For each process step, the appropriate TG provides a complete description of the standard tasks for that step, along with references to all appropriate process assets and project artifacts. This functions as a complement to the Stakeholder Guidelines (SGs), which provide a completion description of all process step tasks for a specific stakeholder.

The intended users of a TG are all STAR EPL stakeholders who are involved in the activities for that process step. Each SG will tell that stakeholder which are the relevant steps.

There are 11 Task Guidelines in the 3.0 release.
