The NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Service Office of Fire Prevention and Control has a Fire Safety Page external link with an activity book about Hershey, a chocolate labrador retriever, who was specially trained to find the cause of fires. The book includes information and games related to fire safety.

Think Safe, Ride Safe, Be Safe! external link Think Safe, Ride Safe, Be Safe! is a new child transportation safety campaign from NHTSA and Ludorum, the producers of the Chuggington™ television series. This child-friendly site has fun learning activities for kids and information for parents.

If you live on a farm, you probably know these safety rules. If you plan to visit in a rural area, you may not be aware of the dangers on a farm. Farm Safety For Just Kids external link is an international, non-profit organization which works to prevent farm related injuries to children.

If you are going camping or picnicking, see the Smokey the Bear external link website from the US Forest Service. Remember, only you can prevent forest fires!

The Nemours Foundation provides a Kids Health external link site. They have information on all types of topics including not injuring yourself using the computer, how to deal with change and your feelings, health, safety, and games.
