About Us

We are the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity Programs at the US Army Medical Command in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The EEO Office supports the AMEDD strategy and vision by advising and assisting commanders, leaders, and managers at all levels in carrying out their responsibilities under the total EEO Program areas of:

Civilian Work Environment Free of Unlawful Discrimination

  • Reduce EEO complaint processing time
  • Train managers and employees

Equitable Treatment of Civilian Employees & Military Families

  • Ensure access to services/programs
  • Monitor IT accessibility by Individuals with Disabilities
