Electronic Case Filing (ECF) is available 24 hours per day via the Internet and is required for attorneys to file most documents. Only those attorneys who are admitted to the Bar of the U.S.D.C Southern District of New York and registered ECF users may file electronically; unless otherwise authorized by the court. Persons who are not lawyers and are filing on their own behalf must submit documents to the court during regular business hours.
