USAID's Staff Care Program promotes a range of programs and initiatives that assist with this effort. The Staff Care Service Center (SCSC) has moved. We are now located at: 601 13th Street NW, Suite 900 South, Washington, DC 20005. The SCSC hours remain the same, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. It is a short, 9 minute walk from the Ronald Reagan Building. Important News: Zika VirusFebruary 1st: World Health Organization declared the Zika virus disease a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. In May 2015, Brazil reported its first case of Zika virus disease. Since then, the disease has spread within Brazil and to 22 other countries and territories in the region.
