The Plans, Analysis and Integration office (PAIO) ) is responsible for gathering and analyzing data, tracking the implementation of higher headquarters policies and overseeing the integration of long-range plans for the garrison. The PAIO works directly with the Garrison Commander to put into action customer focused initiatives that reduce waste and improve readiness.

The Fort Greely PAIO works as a team to serve the Strategic Planning needs of the garrison. The functions of the office include Management Analysis and Planning Integration.

Management Analysis Branch: This staff provides analysis and advice to the Garrison Commander as well as providing program oversight to assigned garrison officials and personnel. The Management Analysis Branch oversees and executes performance measurement programs including:

- Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE)
- Installation Readiness Assessment System (IRAS)
- Business Process Redesign (BPR)
- Quality Improvement Programs/Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
- Baseline Services/Common Levels of Support (CLS)

Planning Integration Branch: This staff provides analysis and advice to the Garrison Commander, garrison staff and operating officials. The planning branch provides independent assessments of program alternatives and priorities. In addition, this branch executes short and long range planning programs as well as selected business improvement initiatives including:
