Fort Greely AlaskaOur Mission: Safety First!
Support and advocate the provision of a safe & healthy working and living environment to our total force: the military, DA Civilians, Contractors and the families that support Ft. Greely. Working together we can conserve our resources (people, money, equipment, and land). Our most precious and important resource are the lives & health of our total force and their families. Think in terms of a “Good Samaritan” spirit and look after each other. This includes helping our people who are hurt, in need or in danger.

The key person to our safety is each individual and their participation in making themselves and their families safer. We all have a right to a safe and healthy environment in our work and in our home life. Each of you has the responsibility to participate in the identification and management of the risks and hazards that we face in our professional and private lives. Serves as an advocate for safety to the chain of command, we all should be open to suggestions. Contact the Safety Office for issues regarding your concerns and needs that will help you, and all of us, be safer and healthier.
