biennial science work plan
State statute requires that every 2 years the Puget Sound Partnership produce a Biennial Science Work Plan (BSWP). The goals of the BSWP are to:
- Assess how well ongoing research addresses decision-critical uncertainties relating to the recovery of Puget Sound
- Identify additional science needs to support ecosystem recovery
- Make recommendations for priority science actions in the coming biennium
- Suggest how science can better support recovery.
This 2014-2016 BSWP is the third such plan produced since the Partnership’s inception, in 2007.
