Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to strengthen the overall fitness and effectiveness of the U.S. Army's total workforce.

It is a short-term counseling and referral service program where U.S. federal employees, local national employees, retired military and federal service personnel, Army National Guard, U.S. Army Reserve (when not active) and Family members can receive confidential assistance for problems that may affect not only the individual but Family members, friends and co-workers.
