Access ORS On-line Case Information via the Internet!

What: The interactive web site is an on-line way to access specific case information including: payment information, case status and balance/monthly due information. It is also a place where you can submit new address, employment and insurance information, and can submit questions and comments about your case electronically. It is an alternative to calling the ORS Automated Information System (AIS).  Print these INSTRUCTIONS so that you know how to create a user ID and Password.

Who: The interactive web site can be accessed by any case participant. Go to http://orsica.dhs.utah.gov where you will find a log-in page.

Why: The interactive web site can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to access specific case information without having to call the AIS or speak to a customer service unit representative or case agent. It is also a convenient way to update important information on your case. (Note: for your protection, address, employer and insurance information submitted via the web site will be verified before the ORS case file is permanently updated.)

ATTENTION

Access to the ICA application may be denied during routine system maintenance on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00pm until 10:00pm, and on Sunday from 7:00pm until 9:00pm MST.

Please be advised that you may experience some logon error messages if your computer is running the Windows-Vista operating system.  An error message is generally a page that displays a message such as "Page cannot be displayed.”  If you are experiencing these logon error messages and a Windows-Vista computer is your only option, try downloading a free alternative web browser such as Firefox.  The Department of Technical Services (DTS) is currently working on a resolution to this problem and hopes to have it resolved soon.
