What we do?

Develop and implement new solutions and enhancements for shipping products, Extra Services, Pickup Services and value-added services that add value and meet changing customer needs.

Checklists

Various checklists have been created to assist with ensuring the steps needed to successfully and efficiently enroll customers, enhance performance and ensure visibility.

Customer Onboarding Guidebooks

Onboarding Guidebooks created to assist with the process of promoting various products and services, enrolling new customers and provide guidance.


  • Delivery Instructions
    Delivery Instructions service allows customers (recipient) to authorize USPS to redirect their incoming packages to be delivered to an alternative domestic address, be held for pickup at a Post Office, or be delivered to a GoPost location.
  • Hold For Pickup
    Hold For Pickup service is available at the time of mailing allows mailpieces to be held at a designated Post Office location for pick up by a specified addressee or designee.
  • Premium Forwarding Service Commercial
    Premium Forwarding Service Commercial allows businesses to consolidate mail received from multiple PO Boxes and/or street addresses into a single shipment for delivery to an alternate address.
  • Print & Deliver Shipping Label
    Print & Deliver Shipping Label (Formally known as Call Tag Return Service, (CTAG)), is a returns solution that will allow a merchant to have a USPS carrier deliver a prepaid returns label directly to their customer's mailbox.
  • USPS Package Intercept Commercial
    USPS Package Intercept Commercial allows the mailer to request the intercept of a mailpiece before it is delivered and redirect it as Return To Sender to another domestic address or to a Post Office as Hold For Pickup.
Extra Services

The United States Postal Service offers optional Extra Services that add value to customers' mailing and shipping. In most cases for a fee these Extra Services provide insurance coverage, evidence of mailing and delivery, greater security and accountability, special handling instructions, and more.

Returns

Returns offer merchants a flexible, quick, and easy way for their customers to ship items back to them using the USPS®. USPS Returns helps create customer loyalty, increase sales, and control costs.

Shipping Services

Shipping Services provide options for merchants to have their items delivered to customers in the most economical and efficient way possible. Many shipping choices are available, depending on the merchant’s desired package size, origin and destination ZIP Code and desired transit time.

Value Added Services

Value-Added Services are enhancements or features added to a product or service for customers who require changes to shipments already in the postal mail stream. These services include Sunday Delivery, Hold For Pickup, Package Intercept, Premium Forwarding Service Commercial and providing Delivery Instructions.
