Human factors is incorporated into product design from the outset to optimize performance and capitalize on the strengths of people and machines.

Address human factors throughout the lifecycle of FAA products and services (see Human Factors Job Aid in the Toolkit).
Who Does It
Human factors resources are available in the ATO Program Management Organization, NextGen Organization, and ATO Office of Safety and Technical Services to work with service organizations and program offices.
