  • Designates a service organization to lead final investment analysis and be responsible for solution implementation.

Service organization or program office presents the results of initial investment analysis.

JRC Secretariat manages the JRC decision-making process.

Who Approves

Joint Resources Council makes the initial investment decision.

Note:The JRC may reject the recommendation of the service organization or program office and return the initiative for additional work or termination.
