The PCC Workshops were developed to provide Postal Service™ business customers with information about postal products, services, and tools to help them grow their business as well as improve mail quality. The workshops are suitable for all PCC educational events and can be used to create a customized professional certificate program. Full-Service sets the stage for the streamlined acceptance of commercial mailings. By submitting mailings as Full-Service both the Postal Service and the mailer benefit from achieving end to end visibility into the mailpieces as they move from acceptance into processing. PCC Webinars
NCOALink® vs. ACS™ - Which is Best? (May 15, 2014)
This webinar was presented in collaboration with USPS Address Management.  The webinar compared the strengths and benefits of the two major Move Update products.   NCOALink (National Change-of-Address Linkage System) provides change-of-address (COA) information before your mail is produced while the ACS (Address Correction Service) provides either COA or reason for nondelivery information after you mail. 

Accessing and Understanding Mail Quality Reporting - Mailer Scorecard (May 13, 2014)
This webinar was presented in collaboration with Mail Entry and Payment Technologies - Business Mailer Support.  The webinar provided an in-depth and detailed presentation regarding the newest Intelligent Mail report, called Mailer Scorecard. The presentation also discussed how to access this report - as well as others currently available - and took a deep dive into how to identify and investigate issues that arise within Full Service mailings.
